We are passionate about constantly giving back to the community we live and work in, and have recently launched our non-profit arm World Will Be Better. This nonprofit organization is committed to fundraising, designing and constructing temporary housing and support facilities for the vulnerable homeless populations, including the elderly, women and children.
Along with its operations and management partner Turning Point Center, World Will Be Better is currently facilitating the development and construction of an expanded facility for displaced women and children to address chronic shelter overflow issues facing Houston.
Turning Point Center strives to help the elderly homeless Houstonians by equipping them with food, housing and education. The elderly homeless is a highly neglected group and Turning Point Center is committed to caring for these individuals and providing them an opportunity to get back on their feet.
The center receives multiple calls and walk-ins from women with children who are displaced and need a shelter. However, it does not currently have the infrastructure to accommodate. World Will Be Better’s first project is expanding the facilities and creating a new shelter. Currently, the architect firm has been selected and initial plans have been drawn for these new shelters. Three Pillars Capital Group has pledged portions of its proceeds to help fund the initial efforts and is currently raising the remaining capital of the total $3M needed to construct the facility.
